***** Canopies are available for rental from April 15th - September 30th *****
New style canopy requires a minimum area of approximately 30 ft x 50 ft to set up.
Canopy comes with 12 side poles (7 ft tall) & 3 center poles (12' 9" tall).
If using for seating only, figure 8 square feet per chair - about 80 - 100 chairs for a 20 x 40 depending on aisle(s) size.
If using with tables & chairs, figure 8 - 60" rd tables that can seat 8 people (up to 10 if casual) or 8 - 12 8 ft tables that will seat 8-10 people each (64 to 120 people).
PLEASE NOTE: Canopies are NOT tents, and are designed to be festive and add atmosphere to your event. Please be aware that sustained winds exceeding 20 - 25 mph can compromise the structural integrity of your canopy and will require you to monitor it for safety!
*** Do to the seasonal nature of canopies, we will rent them from April 15th - October 1st. ***
